Career stuck because Ego
Ego associated with self-esteem, which is also closely related to one’s identity. Self-esteem in question is how the individual respects himself. Often what happens in the world of work is self-esteem is associated with the value of a person because he came from a top university, the old work, even a car or house has. Values ??such as these make a person has a high ego and tends to do negative.
