Interview questions are a frightening proposition for any applicant. What feels like an exam, for which you haven’t had any lessons, is not actually as daunting as it may seem.
There is no need to worry about the infinite number of possible questions that could be asked of you. Almost any question that an interviewer can ask you can fit into one of three categories:
Questions about your employment history.
Questions about you.
Questions about your new job and company
Preparing yourself in these three areas is a simple task when compared to spending hours deliberating over individual interview questions.
You know yourself well. This means that the quality of your answers to questions about you and your life will depend on how you are feeling. If you are comfortable and confident you will be prepared to give a glittering impression of yourself.
The majority of pre-interview nerves come from the fear of the unknown. If you learn about the company and job you are applying for, where you have to go for your interview and have an understanding of your career aspirations, the only part of the interview process that could surprise you is the identity of your interviewer.
Your preparation will also give you the confidence to show the interviewer who you are and how much their company needs you. Regardless of your career choice, interview questions are stressful, but there is plenty of advice online.

If you currently still listed as a student or a student, then the world of work must be the “other world” for you. Small chance for you to know the ins and outs of the world of work, unless you at least have never worked before. Like what days will you pass in the office? What kind of job would you? What would be expected by the boss and colleagues about yourself?
The work world is changing very drastically. A typical workplace in the new millennium is certainly very different from typical office at 10 or 20 years ago. Update technology plays an important role in addition to lifestyle changes that also require you to work in a different way than your parents first.
Anticipate, consider some of the major trends that need to be observed.
1. Technological change. The work environment must have changed. Especially with the influx of various new technologies. You are required to be able to work smarter with time efficiently to be more productive.
2. Changes in work environment and time to work. Flexible work hours not only lets you work on demand, but also when one day you work longer, you can take off on another day instead.
3. Now, what about the job itself? Technology becomes the most important factor. The meaning of “work” changed dramatically with changes in use of technology. Some jobs become obsolete and new jobs appear. Now, we use email, send instant messages, do some research online and utilizing automated computer programs to complete the work.
4. You are expected to more powerful and better at solving problems – compared to your predecessor generation. Of course, if the technology very effectively to improve work efficiency, he also can interfere with productivity.
Technology impacts (bad) in the office. Workers now have an email network that should always be checked, there are the videos from YouTube which can be viewed at any time and virtual reality games that can be played while working. All it requires companies to conduct surveillance, and if necessary precautions.
5. What about salary? It is important to note early on, despite expectations of yourself constantly increasing, but wages have not apparently follow. Various research shows, the gap (salary) between top management and employees “ordinary” will still wide. So, you have to keep working hard and reach the top to get a high salary.

One participant program “management trainee” who has just completed a variety of education and debriefing, with joy ready to accept his new assignment. He felt very appreciated because the leadership of the division to collect all the staff and explained again about the mission of the company, the challenges faced, how the company’s current position, and how employees can make the “impact” that hit the company’s performance.
At the end of the session, it turns out he became confused about what is expected of him and how he should associate all presented in day-to-day duties, “I do not really understand what he said. For me, all such theories, but does not describe what I saw on the field. “
Are you familiar with this similar situation? How often we see the company’s strategy presented in a sophisticated language, but in reality are often not 100 percent understood.
We know, it’s very important to design strategies for directing us to the goal. How might we be able to win at “war” against competitors if not supported mature strategy? How can we guarantee will not be hit by competitors, if each individual confused what to do and need to move to where? When we look at the strategies companies often can not be implemented and can not make the individual in the organization to move, we certainly need to check, whether the strategy is drawn up on paper, can be run in the field? We certainly do not want, a strategy that made the language of cool and colourful pretty packed even confusing and could only produce a minimal movement in the organization. The question is, why the strategy is often so distant from the real world faced by everyday people?
Reinforce the importance of imagination
Working with senior architects, Chiang Tan Ay, made me learn a lot. He does not present many proposals on the picture, but asked me to describe in detail all the needs and activities within the building we will occupy. From not at all familiar with our activities, so he understands and can imagine the rush that will happen in the building, even giving comments and asking questions about efficiency.
“I need an understanding ‘of the imagination complete intuitive’-in-my thoughts, so I can design an appropriate container activities,” he said.
In the end, the building is made feels good, very flexible to changes and deceptively simple. Sophistication lies in the hidden answers to the needs of people who were in the building. We’ll see, a designer who is skilled not only think outside the box, but need to be strong-strong imagination. Imagination is important because due to the design that we made was to welcome the future, not for current needs.
One expert described the management of difficult to describe how the improvement of quality in the days before the proposed Edwards Deming. The strength of Edwards Deming was that he could imagine, draw, and finally found what is called “quality control” and how to develop it. From this we see that the description and clear visualization, people become aware and motivated to improve the quality and sense of direction for further work on it.
With education the dominant calculations, our professionals are often not trained to think being a designer. Therefore, organizations need to regenerate the activity seriously think this design. Organizational strategy is important so that everyone in the organization can share thinking and imagining the target, thus encouraging him to be innovative. Software, systems, business processes, logistics systems, all need to be designed. Designs can be made complicated, but can also be concise. The design is not perfect so could cause many problems. If we do not realize that the problem is the design, we would not think that a lot of improvements we can make.
Recognize the “real-world” from different points of view
A CEO told that after travelling to the various branches all over Indonesia, he finally has a different picture of the organization. For example, the seeds of leadership by the department of Human Capital was often said to be not there, she met easily among employees in the branch which he visited. Jane Fulton Suri, in his thoughtless Acts?, Said: “Directly witnessing and experiencing aspects of behaviour in the real world is a proven way of inspiring and informing new ideas.” Imagine, how often do we create a strategy or other decision, based on the assumption it , without the “feel” the strong against what is happening in it.
We can no longer dwell in the “shoe” you and me, without making the time to feel the customers and experience for yourself the events in the market. To strengthen the visualization, the officials, for example in the railways, have already been felt travelling from Jakarta to Rangkasbitung and have insight into why people are willing to challenge the danger of a ride to the top of the train. The head of the branch also need to regularly observe the situation of banking hall or even go straight into frontliners, in order to understand the real challenges facing his men before the lecture on what should be done by the team’s spearhead.
In answer to the ever-changing needs, we also need to develop yourself as a human type “T”. Vertical milestone symbolizes the power of his profession, while the horizontal pole illustrates the strength to reach out to other disciplines. When both this milestone is not stretched properly, would be difficult to create a balance. We need a team that contains individuals who are open to explore the views of other professions. Railway experts, need to ask for expert opinion sociology, anthropology, and psychology to cope with the transport capacity is not balanced.
Every professional needs to force himself to be a keen observer, seeing what has not been seen. We need to look not merely with the eye alone, but using all five senses and the mind. Brainstorming in a closed room should be followed by employees deployed into the field, so that insights become more open and everyone senses are stimulated so that the ideas that came not raw ideas, but closer to reality in the marketplace and customers.

Support from friends at work is one factor that makes you feel at home working there. Just imagine what would happen if you have to work alone finish so many works, while other friends just to see and do not help. It must taste extremely unpleasant, yes.
Having coworkers who support you is also one of capital importance in pursuing successful careers. Because, in fact your success in the workplace is never separated from the interference of others. For that, please note whether you are actually a friend who is a figure beloved by the people in the office, then where exactly can be “allies” in your spawn brilliant work and preferred employer. This is the five characteristics of co-workers that support your career:
1. Watching developments in the office
Since your first day in office, they will tell anyone who needs to watch out for and what is so hot issue in the office. They will also assist you in translating the words and attitude of your boss, and tell you when you should not stop at the boss room. He will also be one person who you can trust will never stab you in the back.
2. Simplify your work
A good friend will soon be offered assistance once they see you are overwhelmed with excessive workload. Sometimes, even without being asked they will soon help resolve some of your work. Or, at a time when you’re out of the office, he would gladly accept a call from a client destined for you, without any intention at all to steal it for his own clients.
3. Ask about you when you’re sick
One day you just do not look at the office without a word, they would be worried and ask someone else to figure out what happened to you. And, if you were ill, they will come to visit or at least say hello. They will also help take care of your sick leave to the human resources department, and at least order a taxi to take home, if you suddenly ill while in office.
4. Always know when you’re stressed
Without having much to tell, they will understand that you are facing a bad day, either because the boss got angry or can be a problem from the client. And without being asked they will try to help by providing various solutions, even if it means they have to stop for a moment from his own preoccupations.
5. You missed while on sabbatical
Colleagues who loves you will treat her day incomplete without laughing or joking just chatting with you. Therefore once you’re old for a vacation leave, maternity leave, or because the service was out of town for a long time, they will feel very lost. Likewise when you finally resigned and left the company. They will always contact you to say hello and also ask to meet.
